me and a friend tryed stealing 2 snowboards from a ski hill. we got caught at a different area of the hill. still on the property of the hill. is that still theft under 5000?
and other thing whats the best way to get the least amount put on my record or nothing on my record. once again its my first offence and im truely sorry for it and hurt alot of the people i love. my friend never touched a snowboard i did basiclly all the work he just told me what to do. whats going to have to him?

I am going to the doctor in a couple of days to ask this but it seems ages till then, and I wondered if anyone had any expereince.
My 5 year old had an ear infection and burst ear drum 4 days ago. She is on antibiotics which are clearing it.
In under 2 weeks we are supposed to be going skiing in Austria. the flight is about 1.5 hours long.
Would it be a problem, her flying?
